Delivery
At Coralverse Aquatics, it is important to us that you receive your goods exactly when you want them and in optimum condition.
All items will be shipped via Parcelforce. Please see charges below for specific items:
- All live food items will be charged at £4.95 and will be with you on a next day service.
- All dry goods will be charged at £4.95 and will be with you between 2 – 4 working days.
- All live products will be charged at £14.95 and will be with you on a next day service.
For all of our live products, your only option at check-out will be Parcelforce Next Day Delivery (all orders must be placed before 12:00 for the next day delivery service).
PLEASE NOTE: All LIVE items will ONLY be dispatched once an agreed date has been confirmed. On receipt of your order please email coralverseaquatics@outlook.com and confirm a suitable date for delivery. All orders must be placed before 12:00 for next day delivery to take place. Email confirmation will be sent with tracking information once your delivery has been dispatched from our location.
If you would like an order shipped to Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, or Northern Ireland, please contact us prior to placing an order as additional shipping fees may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or mainland Europe.
We cannot be held responsible for corals being returned to the delivery depot overnight. Any extra costs incurred will be chargeable to you, the consumer.
Please note that we try to keep all products in stock; however, it is unavoidable that items will occasionally be out of stock. In the unfortunate event this occurs we will contact you.

Collection / Appointment Service
We can offer a collection at our facility in Podimore, Somerset we are however not a retail store so this will need to be appointment only. Please select collection at the checkout and we can organise a convenient date and time for your appointment.
Dead on Arrival Policy (DOA)
All our corals leave us in optimum condition. In the unfortunate event you receive a dead specimen, please notify us immediately via email within 2 hours of your shipment being signed for with a photograph. Do not dispose of the coral, until you have been told to do so.
Once we have agreed your specimen is unfortunately DOA, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item (valid for 12 months from your original purchase) or, subject to availability, a replacement of the same coral.
Once the corals / invertebrates have been acclimatised and placed in your system, we cannot be held responsible for their survival.
